18 Firms Participated Last Year -  Want to Join us in 2009?
In the summer of 2009, Buildable Hours will again sponsor an entire Habitat home to be constructed in the Deanwood Neighborhood, around 56th Street, Northeast. This will be the SEVENTH house that Buildable Hours has sponsored in that neighborhood.

In the summer of 2008, the DC chapter of Buildable Hours raised over $95,000 for Habitat for Humanity from its firm partners.

Participating firms will spend one or more days on the job site with any combination of lawyers, summer clerks and/or staff. The financial commitment of $6,000 per firm for a weekday and $7,000 per firm for a Saturday is less than many traditional summer clerk activities.
